Selling a Liberty in Margate
Four forward-facing seats, ELiTE lithium and a long body — E-Z-GO's answer to the family estate cart. Demand outstrips supply on the used market. Margate, Uvongo, Shelly Beach and St Michael's: holiday carts with low hours are our favourite South Coast buys.
E-Z-GO's steel frames do rust in Margate's sea air — we check the rear rails and the battery tray in your photos and price the clean-up honestly. RXVs and ELiTE lithium carts still fetch strong money here; a TXT with surface rust is still very much worth selling.
Plenty of Margate carts belong to owners who live elsewhere. That's no problem: the whole process — photos, offer, signing, payment — happens on your phone, and we arrange the collection with whoever holds the keys. Just tell us in the form who to phone on the day.

Do you buy golf carts that aren't running?
Yes. Dead batteries, a faulty charger, a controller fault, a cart that has stood for two years — we buy all of them. The offer simply reflects the repair cost. Tell us what's wrong in the form and photograph the battery pack; that's usually all we need.
Is the offer really free, and do I have to accept it?
Yes and no. The offer is free and there's no obligation at all — it's a firm number, valid for seven days, and you can accept, counter or walk away. We'd rather you took our number to compare than felt pressured.
What do I need on the day of collection?
Your ID, the charger and keys, and the cart where we can load it. We check that it matches your photos, sign off the sale agreement you already signed on your phone, and pay by EFT before we drive away. If the cart lives behind a gate, let security know we're coming or send us a visitor code with your booking.
