1. Who we are

Apex Golf Carts South Africa, trading as WeBuyCarts (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the use of webuycarts.co.za and the valuation and purchase service we offer.

2. Valuations and offers

• Valuations and offers are free and place you under no obligation.
• An offer is based on the information and photographs you provide. It is valid for the period stated in the offer (normally 7 days) and is conditional on the item matching that information on inspection.
• Any instant estimate shown on the site is indicative only; the written offer is the binding number.

3. Inspection and adjustment

On collection we inspect the item. If it materially differs from what you told us (for example battery condition, undisclosed damage, missing charger or keys, or a non-running condition) we may propose an adjusted price, which you are free to refuse, or withdraw without liability. If it matches, the price is final.

4. The sale

A sale is concluded when you accept an offer and sign the electronic sale agreement. The agreement governs the sale; these terms govern everything before it. Ownership and risk pass when you have been paid and the item has been collected.

5. Your promises to us

You confirm that you own the item (or are authorised to sell it), that it is not financed, leased, encumbered or stolen, that the information and photographs you provide are accurate, and that you will hand over all keys, chargers and documents you have.

6. Payment

We pay by EFT (same-day, before we drive away) on the day of collection, before the item is removed, into the account you nominate in writing.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel before collection without penalty by notifying the other in writing (email is fine).

8. Website

The site is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy in our guides and price tables but they are general information, not advice, and values change. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on them.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
