How selling in Voëlklip works

Here's how it works: you send photos and answer a short form; we reply with a firm written offer within 24 hours; if you're happy, you accept and sign on your phone and pick a two-hour collection window. On the day we check the cart matches the photos, load it, and pay by EFT before we drive away.

Golf cart values in Voëlklip

What we look at in your photos
Six phone photos are enough — front, back, both sides, the seats and the battery pack. From those we can see almost everything that sets the price:
- Charger, keys and manual — a working charger and both keys make the cart easier to resell, and our offer stronger.
- Extras — rear flip seat, lights, lift kit, sound system, enclosure. Tidy factory-style extras add real value.
- Body, seats and canopy — cracks, sun damage and torn seats all cost money to put right.
- Battery type and age — the single biggest factor. A dated invoice or a photo of the date stamp helps.

Do I need to arrange access for you at Voëlklip?
No — we come to your home. If the cart is in a complex or behind a gate, a visitor code or a note at the gate is all we need.
How soon can you collect in Voëlklip?
Usually within a week of accepting. Voëlklip sits on our Cape run — we're in the area most weeks, and we confirm a collection date with your offer, usually within seven days.
Do you buy golf carts that aren't running?
We do. Non-runners are a big part of what we buy around Voëlklip, because we refurbish and resell carts ourselves. A cart with a tired lead-acid pack is still worth real money to us — the offer just allows for the new pack.

We check that it matches your photos, sign off the sale agreement you already signed on your phone, and pay by EFT before we drive away. If the cart lives behind a gate, let security know we're coming or send us a visitor code with your booking.
